It delights us to continue running the Mindful Monday Meditation classes throughout 2026.<\/p>\n

Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience is necessary.<\/p>\n

There are a weekly theme chosen around the subjects of Mindfulness, Astrological and Moon lunations and seasons elements.<\/p>\n

To practice the MM classes, you can be sitting up or lying down, somewhere warm and comfortable where you can completely relax.<\/p>\n

All classes are recorded so you can attend live or use the recording.<\/p>\n

Each class is \u00a37 per person or \u00a321 per month.<\/p>\n

All payments are made via transfer or PayPal.<\/p>\n

When are the meditations?<\/p>\n

There are three classes each month on a Monday at 6.30 pm for 35 minutes.<\/p>\n
