The Soul Rescuers course offers a comprehensive programme to teach all levels\u00a0of students from professional healers and therapists to intuitive wellness\u00a0practitioners and the spiritually curious on how Soul Rescuing skills can be\u00a0added to a professional practice as well as for those who recognise that they\u00a0have a gift to becoming practising soul rescuers.<\/p>\n

Terry & Natalia O\u2019Sullivan set up the Soul Rescuers Course over 20 years ago as\u00a0a platform for students and practitioners of wellness and holistic therapy who\u00a0wanted to understand more about the spirit world and how it can affect our\u00a0health, mental well-being, emotional state as well as how these atmospheres can\u00a0affect where we live and where we work.<\/p>\n

The classes are held only once a month on a Saturday, online or at alternate sites in London or outside of London. All subjects are explored and taught and are subject to practitioner observation and by invitation to attend and facilitate the sacred healer retreats to practice their psychic and healing skills and to explore site work with Terry for specialist skills development.<\/p>\n

There are four professional levels that may be achieved during the soul rescuers\u00a0course foundation, intermediate, advanced and professional practitioner.<\/p>\n
All students will naturally have attained a level integrating foundation and\u00a0intermediate status within the three years and there will be either online or in\u00a0person meetings every three months for follow up and discussions.<\/p>\n
As a student you may feel a greater confidence in some disciplines, while others\u00a0may be considered as challenging. A basic understanding of psychic abilities will\u00a0be extended and your intuitive nature will be stretched. Some subjects can be\u00a0explored in classroom theory, to use in fieldwork which will then become most\u00a0challenging.<\/p>\n
The Soul Rescuers course offers an understanding of the practices and\u00a0techniques on how to heal, and release negative energy, trauma, inherited\u00a0ancestral conditions and alleviate physical and psychological influences and heal\u00a0past trauma from property or land.<\/p>\n
Each skill and experience of a soul rescuer is developed to determine their\u00a0qualification, whether working with land and property or to enhance their\u00a0professional healing and counselling skills.<\/p>\n

Deepening your psychic skills<\/strong><\/p>\nClairvoyance isn\u2019t limited to the more esoteric mental and emotional disciplines; it\u2019s also firmly grounded in the physical world. To enhance your ESP skills, we need to heighten your perception of the physical world as a prelude to exploring your psyche more deeply and discover a sense of connectedness extending beyond the physical senses. Thoughts are not limited to chemical processes in the brain but can travel outside of us and just like a radio receiver, a sensitive person can \u2018tune in\u2019 to these vibrations.<\/p>\n
To heighten your ability to \u2018see\u2019 we will work through visualisation exercises to open the third eye and unlock your mental intuition. Learning to know what you \u2018see\u2019 through your inner eye has a grounded relation to what you sense through your physical eyes. And the psychic interpretation of what you know to be \u2018real\u2019 will be encouraged to become stronger, therefore the information that you receive will make more sense in your day-to-day life and you can use the information in a practical way and be one step ahead.<\/p>\n
Exercise<\/strong><\/p>\nOur psychic awareness is in the third eye chakra, from where our higher sense functions and can scan the world around us. We relate to our own thoughts, our interpretations, and inner conversations, continually assessing the information that feeds in through the senses. We relate to others by focusing attention on the face \u2013 the eyes, the subtle changes of expression, feeling that the \u2018real\u2019 personality is somewhere in there. This arises from the awareness that in the third eye we begin to make sense of and interpret the world. It is all about seeing, not just seeing with the eyes, but seeing with the mind \u2013 making sense of and understanding what is being perceived.<\/p>\n
Visualisation to heighten your Psychic Skills<\/strong><\/p>\nVisualisation is the ritual of focusing your concentration on an image of something you want to create, become, or empower. To develop the extraordinary sense of the third eye you will need to learn how to focus your mind\u2019s eye and discipline your imagination. With regular practice, this is not as hard as it appears.<\/p>\n
Begin with a simple image of a flower or a photograph. The image must be graphic, symbolic or a combination of both. You may want to first copy the image in your mind. If you find that your imagination wants to develop that image, this is fine as it will help you understand your own imagination. The most powerful way to use visualisation is for acquiring or developing personal qualities such as confidence, warmness of heart as well as for talents or specific skills such as opening up to your psychic abilities. It can even be used for the most banal purposes like getting a parking space, or a taxi.<\/p>\n
You can practice this technique with two or more people by visualising the same thing simultaneously; the energy for that thing to manifest will be exponentially multiplied.<\/p>\n
There is not much difference between visualising and daydreaming. Both involve bringing an image to a place inside you where you can experience it as real. Visualisation differs from day \u2013 dreaming only in how you set it up, daydreaming is undisciplined ramble through the meadows of your imagination- visualisation is a focused foray.<\/p>\n
Spend 5 minutes daily to strengthen your Psychic Ability to Visualise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Sit in a relaxed position, either in a chair or lying on the floor.<\/li>\n
- Begin with relaxation exercise; tell each part of your body to let go and relax.<\/li>\n
- Prepare your mind by asking it to focus on three specific colours: one at a time. Once you have seen these colours begin the practice.<\/li>\n
- Imagine yourself walking through into your third eye. See the door of your mind which will be painted indigo blue, open the door and walk into the chamber of the third eye. Inside you will see a table, chair and in front of the table there is a cinema projection screen. On the table there is a gadget, which has 3 bright coloured buttons. Each button will bring on to the screen a different image.<\/li>\n
- Before you began your practice you would have chosen a specific image that you wish to work with. Press the button for that image and see it project onto the screen.<\/li>\n
- As you watch the projected image or series of images you begin to invest some power into the image by focusing on it with a portion of passion from your heart and emotion from your belly. Focus your intention on that image until it becomes alive.<\/li>\n
- Once you have felt the sensation of your image being a real-life event, smelled it, tasted it, heard it and touched it, let the image shrink to the size of an atom surrounded in subtle light.<\/li>\n
- Say an affirmation such as beautiful thoughts create beauty; I choose to be always sustained by this image. Then let the image go, by pressing the gadget and closing the projector.<\/li>\n
- See yourself get up off the chair and walk back through the door of your third eye and into your body and back into your life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Romana Hoossein was born in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa. The name would\u00a0never give that away!<\/p>\n
She is half Indian and half African from a Muslim background. She moved to the\u00a0UK in early 2000. At the tender age of 19, she was still trying to find her place in\u00a0the world. The commercial world was exciting but there was an inner longing to\u00a0understand her heritage.<\/p>\n
She was introduced to the world of spiritual work by a very close friend who\u00a0then introduced her to the Soul Rescuers. This was where she rediscovered her\u00a0true African heritage, and deeply understood the existence of the unspoken\u00a0traditions. Through attending the Soul Rescuers classes and retreats, her\u00a0development was fast-tracked.<\/p>\n
Romana has fully embraced her traditions which are now an integral part of her\u00a0way of life as she helps people and the land.<\/p>\n
